Simulation of Micro- and Nanostructures

The courses were held by Ulrich Merkt, Wolfgang Hansen, Daniela Pfannkuche, Detlef Heitmann, Roland Wiesendanger, Dietmar Möller and other participating scientists of the Graduiertenkolleg 1286 "Functional Metal-Semiconductor Hybrid Systems".
